Cast Iron Steak Tips with Garlic Butter Mushrooms & Veggie Noodles

I can't stand when you have to scroll through a 5 paragraph story just to get to the recipe so let's get to it!!

You'll need:

- 1 Package of Rosemary Balsamic Steak Tips from Trader Joes (Steak tips with your own marinade will work too!)

- 1 Package of Butternut Squash Noodles (or Zucchini noodles)

- 1 Package of White Mushrooms

- 1 Stick of Butter

- 5 Garlic Cloves Minced

To make it:

- Add oil to large cast iron skillet and heat on high

- Place steak tips in the skillet, making sure they aren't touching one another (this will ensure they don't steam and get nice and brown!)

- Brown both sides on high heat about 3-5 minutes each

- Remove steak tips and set aside (they should not be fully cooked yet)

- Melt one stick of butter in cast iron with the drippings from the steak

- Saute minced garlic in the butter sauce (be careful not to burn!)

- Cook sliced white mushrooms until browned

- Pour veggie noodles (either squash or zucchini) in skillet with the mushrooms

- Season with salt and pepper and toss together

- Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

- Push the veggies over to one side and place steak tips back in the skillet

- Let cook together (and don't touch it!) on medium heat for another 5-10 minutes, depending on what temperature you like your steak

- Garnish with Rosemary to make it pretty

That's it!! The whole meal from start to finish took about 25 minutes.

Send me pics and enjoy! XO
